Join David and Tim as they interview Attorney David Carlson and Paul McKinley, Republican candidate running for Jesse Jackson's vacated 2nd Congressional District seat. No stranger to controversy, McKinley is running on the slogan, "Ex-offender trying to prevent the next offender." It's unlikely that any candidate in recent history is more aware of gang violence and he has some strong opinions on what needs to be done. His campaign is less about running against his opponent and far more about running against the Chicago machine. Don't miss this very compelling On Target Radio show on Chicago gang violence.
